完成布袋弹簧自动上线、高弹 4 边海绵的自动喷胶粘贴、底 / 顶层海绵的自动喷胶复合、压紧、码垛。
·自动上料：底 / 顶层海绵由托盘到指定位置，系统自动完成分棉、上料；
·视觉定位：来料由视觉完成定位，无需人工干预；
·自适应性：系统能自适应生产不同尺寸的产品；
·柔性夹紧：避免边条张开，采用柔性夹紧机构，完成顶层棉复合工序；
·纠偏复合：在允许的切割误差范围内，系统经视觉计算，自动纠正复合误差。
